This is an ordinary day at a sample laundry called "Pearl Laundry". Every card here is part of KEMET Laundry, and they all read the same orders. No notebooks, no lost pieces, and no customers calling to ask "is it ready?".

Customer tracking

Customers know where their order is,
without calling

Every order has a tracking page: the stage, the pieces, the ready time and the balance. And the "your order is ready" message reaches them as soon as it is done.

  • A link per order A secure tracking page like pearl.kmet.one/track, sent to the customer by message or WhatsApp.
  • Ready message and reminder An automatic "your order is ready", and a reminder for unclaimed pieces after the days you choose.
  • Pickup and delivery The customer asks for a home pickup, and it goes to the dispatch board and the driver's phone.
  • Preferences remembered Starch, folding, scent and notes show for the cashier and on the tag every time.

The tracking page opens on the phone, no app needed. Names and prices are illustrative.

Do I need to install software or a server?

No. KEMET Laundry runs in the browser on a computer, tablet or phone, and your data is kept on our servers with backups. Your laundry signs in from its own link, like pearl.kmet.one.

How are the tags printed?

Every piece gets a tag with the invoice number and a barcode. Print them after the receipt on the same receipt printer, or on a separate tag printer at the size you set.

How are express and one-hour charged?

You set the surcharge and the time for each speed in the settings. The cashier picks the speed, and the fee and ready time are worked out and printed on the receipt.

How does the customer know the order is ready?

As soon as it is ready, the customer gets a "your order is ready" message through the message provider you choose (SMS or a WhatsApp API), or you send it yourself from the WhatsApp button on the orders list.

Can a customer collect only some pieces?

Yes. On the pickup screen you choose the ready pieces, and the order closes when the last piece leaves. Company and hotel accounts can collect on account within their limit.

Are there packages and subscriptions?

Yes. Sell a package (say 30 pieces pressing) on the POS, and the pieces it covers come off automatically at every intake.

How does the drawer close work?

At the end of the shift you count cash by Kuwaiti denominations, the system compares it with the expected amount, and shows money at intake and pickup and the pieces in and out.

Can I try it before paying?

Yes, packages include a free trial, and every new laundry starts with the Kuwaiti garment list (dishdasha, gutra, quilt…) at starter prices you can change.
